Jury Finds for Dentist in Disability Lawsuit

A disability rights lawsuit against a dentist was a case both sides felt had teeth. The plaintiff, John Taylor, a quadriplegic who uses a wheelchair, argued that his dentist, John F. Mack, discriminated against him by being overprotective for refusing to treat him.
