Unions Mixed on Cooley

Last fall, the union representing Los Angeles County prosecutors slapped District Attorney Steve Cooley with a lawsuit, accusing the county's top cop of retaliating against members of his staff who joined unions by systematically doling out unwanted assignments and negative performance reviews, and charging higher health premiums.
