LOS ANGELES - A family suing Toyota Motor Corp. in a bellwether unintended acceleration case wants to bar the automaker from arguing that accident victim Noriko Uno is wholly responsible for her fatal car crash, saying Toyota's attorneys alleged earlier that another driver was also to blame.
