And like that, a new cause of action

It's timely. It's sexy. Everybody's doing it. In a recent survey by AT&T, almost half of adults (49 percent) admitted to texting while driving, compared to a slightly smaller number of teens (43 percent). What this study illustrates is that about half of all survey subjects are liars, with teens edging out adults by a small but significant margin.
