Interpreters in civil cases are a waste of our tax dollars

LETTERS TO THE EDITOR COLUMN

The article "After a Brutal Start, Chief Justice Assumes 'Affirmative Posture'" (Aug. 21) makes it appear as if the chief justice presumes employing interpreters in civil cases is a good use of public funds. If that is the case, I suggest we have a chief justice who does not understand how to properly allocate scarce tax dollars!
