Nursing home residents subject to arbitration, too?

Most opinion pieces set out to pierce the reader with a moral point - something to raise awareness of your place in the greater schematic of the world. Unfortunately, the moral point of this piece is anything but subtle, as it involves a case that looks to gut the rights of nursing home residents by including mandatory arbitration clauses in facility agreements.
