More studies needed in nanotechnology case, 9th Circuit rules

The emerging use of nanotechnology in pesticides came under close scrutiny at the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Thursday as a panel ruled that more government safety studies are needed before permitting the application of minute silver particles to textiles.
