High court remands suit over warrantless entry

The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday reversed a 9th Circuit opinion and remanded a case involving a police officer who pursued a suspect into another person's home.

The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday reversed the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and remanded a case involving a lawsuit against a police officer who pursued a suspect into another woman's home.
