Despite loss, Jackson trial seen as boon to Panish

After sinking three years and an estimated seven figure sum into his recent defeat in the Michael Jackson wrongful death trial, Brian Panish walked away empty handed. But plaintiff attorneys believe he might have ended up on top anyway.
