Lieff Cabraser makes changes as it looks to capture a new kind of work

Lieff Cabraser wants to represent more individual corporations and government entities, and take on more direct action cases.

Changes are in store for one of the more active practice groups at San Francisco-based plaintiff's firm Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein LLP.


Partner Eric B. Fastiff has been named leader of the firm's antitrust and intellectual property practice group. Fastiff takes over for Joseph R. Saveri, who founded Lieff Cabraser's antitrust practice and departed in May to launch his own firm.
