9th Circuit Excuses Late Filing In Case of Egregious Harassment

SAN FRANCISCO - A Sacramento postal worker was left suicidal, unable to work and so psychologically scarred from "egregious sexual harassment" --- allegedly including rape - that her attorney said the woman was unable to communicate and thus unable to file a timely complaint.
