Retailers Accused of Conspiracy In Saipan Sweatshop Operations

Some of the country's best known retailers, including the Gap, J. Crew, Nordstrom and Wal-Mart, were accused in lawsuits filed Wednesday of conspiring to force garment workers in the U.S. territory of Saipan to live and work in slavery-like conditions.
