SEC Settles Suit Stemming From the O.C. Bankruptcy
Concluding one of its first enforcement actions against municipal bond counsel, authorities said the Securities and Exchange Commission has settled a lawsuit stemming from the Orange County bankruptcy, against a lawyer who worked in the Los Angeles office of New York-based LeBouf Lamb Greene & MacRae.
