Lawyer Is Liable for Malpractice; Jury Splits on Harassment Claim

A Pasadena attorney who initially was accused of raping a client and mishandling a civil lawsuit against her company has been found liable for legal malpractice. But a Los Angeles Superior Court jury stopped short of concluding the lawyer sexually harassed the businesswoman.
