'Reynolds' Vindicates Principles of Corporate Law

Forum Column - By Mark Pulliam and Brandt Schmidt - In a recent pro-business ruling, the 2nd District Court of Appeal rejected the controversial position of the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement that directors, officers and managers are personally liable for unpaid wages and overtime under California law. Reynolds v. Bement , 107 Cal.App.4th 738 (2003).
