Gregg Development, Glendale Settle Suits
BY JOSEPH SORRENTINO CREJ Contributing Writer GLENDALE - Glendale City Council formally approved a settlement Dec. 10 in which the city and a conservancy organization will pay $25.25 million to obtain title to 238 acres of property and resolve three lawsuits with Gregg Development Inc . The settlement ends a decade of political controversy and legal challenges surrounding the proposed Oakmont View V project, a development that would have consisted of up to 572 residential units.
