Series of powder-laced envelopes marked for LA courthouses

The Van Nuys and downtown Stanley Mosk Courthouse were the recipients of suspect-looking letters.

LOS ANGELES - Several envelopes containing white powder sent to Los Angeles County Superior Court in Van Nuys and downtown and possibly other public buildings have set off an FBI investigation.
