When it comes to some of this year's big issues at the U.S. Supreme Court, like marriage and health care, no one can know for sure what Chief Justice John Roberts will do. But when it comes to one important case the court will be deciding later this year (Armstrong v. Exceptional Child Center Inc.), there's virtually no doubt about how the chief justice will rule. He's going to vote to limit access to the courts.
