Dole to Deal Directly with Honduran Plaintiffs

LOS ANGELES - A judge ruled Tuesday to allow Dole Food Co. to engage in party-to-party settlements with Honduran banana farm workers who allege Dole's use of pesticides injured them, potentially cutting a class action off at the knees.
