Legal Nonprofit Sues Business Over Name

Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles sues business owner for using the legal aid name to make a profit.

Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles has filed a lawsuit against a Los Angeles business owner for repeatedly using the name "legal aid" and similar terms to solicit clients for profit in violation of state law.
