Doctor Pay Disclosures Could Help Plaintiffs

When Anthony Bochene went to the doctor to fix his hip pain, he heeded the advice of his orthopedic surgeon, who suggested he try a prosthetic hip replacement made by DePuy, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson.
