The 17th Annual Broker Challenge, presented by the Los Angeles Commercial Realty Association and sponsored by Arden Realty Inc., will be held Thursday, Sept. 25, with proceeds benefiting Family Service of Santa Monica.

Commercial real estate brokers in Los Angeles have yet another reason to get in shape.
The 17th Annual Broker Challenge, presented by the Los Angeles Commercial Realty Association and sponsored by Arden Realty Inc., will be held Thursday, Sept. 25, with proceeds benefiting Family Service of Santa Monica.
Last year, the event raised $110,000. This year's goal is $150,000.
