Take one Belmont office owner who recently tried to attract potential tenants as they whizzed past his three-story building along U.S. 101 by hanging a gargantuan red-and-white "wallscape" from the roof. It covered two-thirds of the building and read: "Think Big! Think 88,000 sq. ft."
