Judge seems likely to allow ramen antitrust case to continue

A federal judge said he was inclined to let litigation proceed in an international antitrust case accusing South Korean ramen noodle makers of price fixing.

SAN FRANCISCO — A federal judge said this week he was inclined to let litigation proceed in an international antitrust case accusing South Korean ramen noodle makers of price fixing.
