State Bar says prosecutor withheld evidence in disciplinary proceeding

Disciplinary proceedings in State Bar Court began on Wednesday against Orange County Deputy District Attorney Sandra Lee Nassar, in the second run at accusations that she withheld exculpatory evidence while prosecuting a felony child abuse case.
