9th Circuit rules for paraplegic driver in ADA case

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Monday in favor of a paraplegic man who says an auto dealership refused to temporarily modify a car so that he could test drive it in an opinion that addresses a gray area in the Americans with Disabilities Act.
