Stolen Nazi treasure dispute heading to trial

A nearly 20-year tug-of-war between a Spanish museum and the descendants of a Holocaust survivor over a Camille Pissarro painting is heading to trial, following a decision by the 9th U.S. Court of Appeals to reverse a lower court’s summary judgment ruling in favor of the museum.
