9th Circuit revives DOJ assault on Mongols Gang
The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals gave the Department of Justice another shot to pursue its racketeering case against the Mongol Motorcycle Club, ruling on Tuesday that a lower court erred when it blocked the government from seizing the trademark rights to the club’s patch, which depicts a sword-wielding biker with a Fu Manchu mustache.
