Court rules against former HP chairman in discovery issue in shareholder suit

The Delaware Supreme Court on Thursday ruled that a letter accusing then-HP Chairman Mark V. Hurd of sexual harassment should be made public.

The Delaware Supreme Court on Thursday affirmed a trial judge's ruling that a letter from a Hewlett-Packard Co. contractor accusing then-Chairman Mark V. Hurd of sexual harassment should be made public in an ongoing shareholder complaint.
