Legal hiring is looking up

Law firms and corporations are expected to hire more lawyers and legal staff in the first quarter of 2012, with the largest growth seen in bankruptcy and foreclosure litigation and labor and employment, a national survey says

Hiring in the legal field is expected to remain strong during the first quarter of 2012, and bankruptcy and foreclosure litigation and labor and employment are the two practice areas expected to see the most growth, according to a recent national survey.
