Even after reform, IP continues to take center stage in Congress

A look back at the year in intellectual property.

Congress finally passed a bill to revamp the nation's patent laws in 2011. But a number of intellectual property issues still remain, including a battle over a bill seeking to crack down on websites that host infringing material as well as key court rulings on damages, inequitable misconduct, and Delaware's status as a patent litigation hotbed.
