Judge dismisses remaining 'Ghost Hunters' claims

After the U.S. Supreme Court declined to review an idea theft case over the Syfy Network reality show "Ghost Hunters," a federal judge has dismissed plaintiff Larry Montz's remaining claims, citing a lack of jurisdiction.
