High Court: Lab Decision Stands
Just two weeks after hearing arguments in a case that cast into doubt a ruling from last term that endorsed the right of defendants to cross-examine laboratory technicians, the U.S. Supreme Court agreed Monday to let the earlier decision stand.

WASHINGTON - Just two weeks after hearing arguments in a case that cast into doubt a ruling from last term endorsing the right of defendants to cross-examine laboratory technicians, the U.S. Supreme Court agreed Monday to let the earlier decision stand.
