Wells Fargo Accused of Wasting Millions

A Wells Fargo shareholder is going after company executives for hundreds of millions of dollars he alleges they wasted while allowing the banking giant to participate in illegal tax shelters and then pushing unsuccessfully to recover the tax deductions and penalties the bank paid to the government.
