Veterans Can Sue Over Toxic Exposure

A U.S. District Court judge has denied a request by the CIA, U.S. Army and Department of Defense to throw out a lawsuit by veterans claiming they were deliberately exposed to chemical and biological weapons without their consent.

A U.S. District Court judge in Oakland has denied a request by the Central Intelligence Agency, the U.S. Army and the Department of Defense to throw out a lawsuit brought by veterans claiming they were deliberately exposed to chemical and biological weapons without their consent.
