Justices to Review Case on Discharge of Student Loans in Bankruptcy
The U.S. Supreme Court decided Monday to review a 2008 9th U.S. Circuit ruling that held that student loans can be discharged in bankruptcy without the debtor having to prove that he would suffer "undue hardship" if required to pay the money back.
