Problems With Marsy's Law Emerging

Last fall, victims' rights advocates celebrated the long-sought passage of Marsy's Law, a voter-approved proposition that gives crime victims' attorneys a place in the courtroom next to prosecutors and defense lawyers, allowing them to chime in on legal issues.
