Man Sentenced to 127 Years for Massive Elder Fraud Scheme
In what he described as one of the most serious cases of elder fraud in the state’s history, a Superior Court judge Friday sentenced a Chino Hills businessman to 127 years in prison for leading a scheme to bilk 1,800 mostly elderly victims out of $117 million between 1993 and 2004.
