Both Sides Claim Win in Strip Club Ruling
Ruling in a long-running, contentious legal battle between San Bernardino and an adult cabaret, the California Supreme Court on Thursday reversed a lower court finding that the city violated the civil rights of an all-nude club that claimed it had to close because of an unconstitutional city zoning ordinance.
