Broad Definition of 'Income' Has Limits in Support Cases

Marcus - In In re Marriage of Henry , 126 Cal.App.4th 111 (2005), the court rejected one of the more creative arguments regarding child support, holding that appreciation of a mother's home was not "income" for child support purposes.
