Will Bryant Transcripts Be Public?
LOS ANGELES - Although alarmed by what they see as a direct assault on a fundamental right of a free press, media lawyers anticipate that the U.S. Supreme Court will reverse a precedent-setting Colorado order barring the press from publishing transcripts in the Kobe Bryant rape case.
