Varied Legal Work Force Brings Many Benefits

Given the changing demographics of the U.S. population and the globalization of the legal profession, a policy of inclusion reflects reality. Promoting diversity allows a firm to recruit the best and the brightest candidates of all backgrounds. It is good public relations, and it engenders loyalty and higher morale.
