Dr. Dre Assists Michigan Cities in Subduing Their Inner Totalitarian
City officials in Detroit and Auburn Hills, Mich., don't have to go very deep to get in touch with their inner totalitarian. Displaying a remarkable streak of unconstitutional hubris, officials in both cities ordered Los Angeles-based rap impresario Dr. Dre to cut violent, sexually explicit videos from his "Up in Smoke" tour when it came to those cities last year.
