Prayer Ban Scam

The point-counterpoint between Jay Sekulow and Erwin Chemerinsky, "Prayer Policy" (Forum, Aug. 7), on the Establishment Clause and the recent Supreme Court decision in Santa Fe Indep. Sch. Dist. v. Doe followed the predictable course of such debates. It was not a debate at all, as the lines are sufficiently hardened that no reader is expected to be uninitiated in its terms or to be won over by a new side.
