No Charges To Be Filed Against Costa Mesa Counseling Center
SANTA ANA - Orange County prosecutors said Tuesday that they do not intend to file criminal charges against the Center for Creative Alternatives, the Costa Mesa-based counseling center accused of belittling court-referred drug and domestic violence defendants and forcing them to pay for unnecessary counseling sessions.
