Complaint against Thomas Jefferson over job numbers is going to trial

A lawsuit filed by debt-burdened Thomas Jefferson graduates against the school is heading to trial.

SAN DIEGO - A lawsuit filed by debt-burdened graduates alleging Thomas Jefferson School of Law deceived them into attending by inflating its employment statistics is slated to be the first such case to head to trial nationwide.
