Pharmaceutical company's agreement could violate Cartwright Act
The California Supreme Court ruled Thursday that Barr Laboratories Inc. may have violated the state's antitrust law when it accepted $400 million from Bayer Corp. to delay the sale of its generic version of a popular antibiotic.

winning streak came to an end when the California Supreme Court ruled Thursday that
it may have violated the state's antitrust law when it accepted $400 million from
