Small tech company seeks $110M from VMware in trial

An attorney for a Milpitas-based technology company asked a jury Monday for $110 million in damages from cloud computer giant VMware Inc. for violating licensing agreements by creating a mutated version of the plaintiff's software in order to use it with unauthorized technology.
