U.S. District Judge William Alsup said the State Bar should investigate the conduct of Suzanne Grandt, the bar attorney he accused of making misstatements in his court. The bar recently promoted Grandt and gave her a raise.
The State Bar promoted and gave a 10 percent pay raise to the attorney whom a federal judge recently accused of intentionally misleading him during a hearing.
