LOS ANGELES — The doctor of dying plaintiff Eva Echeverria testified Tuesday in the Johnson & Johnson liability trial that she ruled out genetics as a contributing factor to the development of her patient’s ovarian cancer.

Annie Yessaian, a key plaintiff’s witness in the California bellwether trial, said it was more likely than not that Echeverria’s use of the cosmetic company’s baby powder led to developing ovarian cancer.
